Decarbonisation is one of our top 7 priorities for the Western Gateway STB. This spreadsheet-based carbon emissions baseline and forecasting tool is transparent and user-adjustable and can model the effects that different interventions and measures could have on transport carbon emissions within the Western Gateway STB region. It also allows users to focus on any of our constituent local authorities, making it a valuable asset in the development of our emerging Strategic Transport Plan as well as for Local Transport Plans developed by our region’s local transport authorities. 

It is designed to allow transparency in the calculation process and for users to be able to change inputs or undertake analysis on outputs.
