The CAP will support Local transport authorities with the process for Quantifiable Carbon Reductions (required in future Local Transport Plans (LTPs) and disaggregate the emissions data by place type. This involves quantifying the expected decarbonisation impact of interventions that LTAs include within their LTP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The tool has four key components:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Report<\/strong> \u2013 summarising bespoke baseline information for each authority, tailored around carbon reduction reporting requirements<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Baseline dashboard<\/strong> \u2013a link to the corresponding dashboard developed by each STB to interrogate their baseline emissions model<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Intervention cards<\/strong> \u2013 summarising characteristics, impacts and co-benefits of each intervention within the Playbook<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Policy builder<\/strong> \u2013 enabling development of user-defined policy packages that combine different interventions in different locations, presenting quantification of resultant impacts against underlying baseline.<\/p>\n<p>Sound good?
