I joined Western Gateway STB in October 2025. I am currently on secondment for 12-months from the West of England Combined Authority. I have been involved in various transport data projects that have fed into various plans and strategies within the West of England. In 2007, I stated my career as an assistant transport planner for St Helens Council in Liverpool City Region, before moving to Nottingham City Council as a Senior Transport planner, before moving to the South West in early 2020.
I originally studied Town and Country Planning at university, so my background relates to sustainable development and land use planning, including ensuring that sustainable transport and connectivity is considered as part of new development proposals. Outside of work, I enjoy lots of reading, computer gaming, and spending time with family and my nephews.
